ISO Constitution and Terms of Reference
ISO Constitution
The ISO Scheme was set up in accordance with the ISO Constitution, which establishes the ISO Commission and the ISO Board. The Constitution provides for the appointment of an ISO and sets out the governance structure of the ISO Scheme and the obligations of Participants.
ISO Terms of Reference
The Terms of Reference set out the jurisdiction of the ISO Scheme. They set out the types of complaints that can be investigated, monetary limits, resolution methods and decision making criteria.
